Nintendo Fusion Tour

Well, the Fusion Tour ended up being moderately disappointing. The crowd was mostly underage, the music was uninspiring, and the games were nothing to write home about. The DS was present ... under glass. Not even a demo running, nothing to really get excited over. The games were all either recently released, released YEARS ago (Super Smash Bros. Melee and F-Zero GX, specifically), and the one or two "soon to be released" games. The saving grace in my mind was the demo of Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, which while short, gave a pretty good impression that the game will be kicking significant amounts of ass.

I did come home with a pretty slick black knit Nintendo skullcap that I look goofy in. I like the new take on the Nintendo name with it, though. I'll post pictures later.
