Wii Control Has Mini Speaker

I'm not entirely sure about how accurate this report by Lakitu's Lair, but it appears that a speaker will be included in the Wii "remote". Where they really nail it, however, is where I've been saying all along that the controller needs to have a microphone built-in. Well, you know what the difference is between a speaker and a microphone? None at all.

That means that not only can you talk into the remote, but it can talk back. If this is true, it's going to be a very interesting development. Add to that the ability to store actual sound files on the remote and trigger them for playback and you have something truly ... dare I say, revolutionary?
