Wow, so apparently, it's only illegal for the major players to circumvent Digital Rights Management software, and violate the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. It's going to be interesting if Apple decides to litigate, because that could mean that of all people, RealNetworks could end up being the ones that give the DMCA its most serious challenge to date. I can't see Apple letting this go quietly, so this is going to be a topic to watch, for those of you that want to have the right to put your purchased content on any device you want.
