In this day and age, is it possible to "steal" an election? According to the General Accounting Office (GAO), not only is it possible, but it happened!

All the controversy surrounds the Diebold electronic voting machines, and the fact that over 800,000 such machines were used in Ohio, the state that gave Bush the election, and the margin of victory was only 119,000 votes. There are about a dozen other irregularities as well, all fixated on the electronic voting machines.
