Tablet PC Hibernation Issue Fixed?!

At first, I thought that the problem where Tablet PC's would refuse to Hibernate properly when more than 1.5GB of RAM was installed was an old wives' tale. Then it started happening to me. For those unfamiliar with the problem, a Tablet PC would hibernate the first time after a reboot, but not at all after that.

At some point over the past two weeks, an Automatic Update fixed it, but I can't pinpoint when. The Tablet Hibernates flawlessly now, but apparently, the rest of the Tablet PC community missed it. Talking with Robert Scoble at MindCamp, he was unaware of the fix being released, because he never hibernates.

Can anyone at Microsoft shed some light on when this happened? Not that I'm complaining, just looking for a little insight.
