Esurance Screws Us Again

Well, this Esurance story keeps getting better and better. I noticed a charge on our account today, and told my wife about it. She called Esurance and they admitted that they'd erroneously billed us over $300, but get this ... it'll take up to 30 days for them to fix it so they can verify that the funds clear our account. OK, it was an automatic draft, there's no "clearing" process required, so this is complete horseshit. Next Stop - Better Business Bureau, and maybe even the Attorney General's office. I'm about to go on vacation, and now I have $300 less dollars to spend, thanks to a company that doesn't give a rat's ass about their customers.
