Next Generation - Bethesda Moves Fast on Oblivion Downloads
Looks like Bethesda is releasing even more downloadable content via Xbox Live Marketplace, but this time, they're actual quests. Obviously the barding (again, that's horse armor) update was too little content for too high a price, but these "levels" sound a little closer to a value proposition that people will embrace.
Albeit, there is the concern that Bethesda is simply activating content that was finished for the final game, but intentionally removed so that they could sell it. The business side of me thinks that it's ingenious, but the gamer side of me can't help but feel just a little taken advantage of. Just a little.
