Another monkey on my back ...

Aside from my World of Warcraft fixation, I have yet another monkey on my back, courtesy of my wife. Starbucks has released a new drink called "Chantico", which they call "drinking chocolate". I call it "Sex-In-A-Tiny-Cup". It's utterly fabulous, the small 6oz. cup containing the equivalent of a melted gourmet chocolate bar mixed with some steamed milk and probably some pheramones or something.

Unfortunately, I need to learn to stay off the internet when I want to remain ignorant about the contents of something I so thoroughly enjoy. Turns out that there is close to 400 calories in that little cup, as well as 21 grams of fat and 51 grams of carbs.

But I'm going on record as saying that I don't fucking care. It's an amazing drink, and while I'll have to severely limit my consumption to one a week or so, it's definitely going to keep Starbucks relevant to me. I think Starbucks realized that thier coffee wasn't really all that special, and that hundreds of copy-cat stores we cutting into their clientele. This is surely a shot across the bow. A wonderfully chocolately shot.
