Windows Vista RC2 Released

After this, Microsoft is changing the Product Keys, and will be checking in some User Experience code that they've been sitting on so they can still surprise the market.

More UI stuff that they haven't shown off? A small part of me is concerned about the idea of checking in untested code, but then again, it's not like they don't test internally as well. I'm also kind of sad that they haven't mentioned whether testers will be getting a complimentary copy, and if so, of which version.
