People are so stupid sometimes. Why would you ever turn your poor usage of a decent word into a verb, just because you can't be bothered to actually use the word you're supposed to use?

The verb form of concept is conceptualize.

Why not just put all of our stupid business jargon into a dictionary? Better yet, let's create our own business jargon dictionary! That way, when people say, "That's not a word," you can smugly reply, "Yes it is. It's in the dictionary."
