I'm taking a week-long break from work, combined with the upcoming Labor Day weekend, to fix up my house.

I will have a posting on Sept 1, so I will not be completely silent. Unfortunately for you though, I do not have an automated posting mechanism, even if it is only a line or two of XML/SOAP or whatever it is that Raymond uses.

OK, if the Microsoft folks are anything like most engineers, they typically only go on vacation when they finish a project. It stands to reason that if an announcement is going to be made, it might be while you'd be out on vacation ... and here, Hilton is saying that there will be a post September 1st, and to "stay tuned".

But what could it be?! Tablet PC 2006?
