What a crappy show ...

Well, obviously the whole blogging from E3 thing never happened. I'm not entirely sure why, since I tested it before I left, but even though the pictures and text were reported as sent, they never showed up on the site. Mea Culpa.

That said, there really wasn't a whole lot to get excited about. Microsoft blew their wad early, Sony made another vapor launch, and Nintendo was ... well, Nintendo, giving gamers an ounce when they wanted a pint.

Perhaps it's me becoming jaded, but I've seen some great shows, and this was easily the second-worst (bested only by the year Nintendo's big game of the press conference was "Pac Man"), with a power outage and general lack of enthusiasm.

Anyway, games to watch out for ... Okami (PS2), Nintendogs (DS), Kingdom Hearts II (PS2), Full Auto (360), and of course, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (GCN).

This is an even busier week for me, if that's possible. I've got catching up in a few classes, a mock trial to prepare for (I'm the Judge), and an orientation at the UW, all the while packing up boxes and moving to a new place in Seattle and preparing a presentation for the Komen Foundation's "Race for the Cure".

I can't wait until the summer!

Hey Rob, I was in your English 279 class w/ Ed Messerly last spring, I remembered you mentioned you were going to E3 last year, you going again this year? Hoping to see some new stuff from the show floor. Any chance of getting it working this year? ^_^

Take it easy.
