While this is entirely unsurprising (although most expected that it would be the PS3 based DVR (like the current PSX) that would use the BluRay discs, I'd be willing to bet that they will use smaller sized discs, similar to the Nintendo GameCube and PSP UMD discs, if only for security reasons. I can't imagine a developer managing to use a full 23GB on a disc.
